Security and confidentiality

What we protect, and how.

Case files can contain sensitive information. Lucian controls access to documents and conversations according to each participant's permissions.

  1. Hosting in France

    Document storage is configured with OVHcloud in Gravelines. Emails are sent separately through Brevo, with declared storage in France, Germany and Belgium.

  2. Protecting connections

    Connections to Lucian use HTTPS/TLS. Access to content is controlled according to each participant's permissions.

  3. Separation between parties

    Each participant reaches the case through a private link and sees only what concerns them.
